On-Line CRM Study Group

ARMA Toronto CRM Study Group: this Google Group contains resources, discussions, etc., that we hope you will find useful as you study towards achieving your CRM designation. There are a number of ways of accessing the study group and joining in the discussion. Although the group is define as being "Toronto Chapter members" it is open to anyone who wants to join

The best way for folks to join the group is to have them send an email to "igelyk@gmail.com" requesting an invitation to the CRM Study Group.  I will then an add them to the membership list and they will get an email asking for their confirmation to join.

Folks can also go to the ARMA Toronto website.  There is information under the "Education" tab within "Certification".  Scroll down to the CRM Study Groups area for the same information you see above...

Folks can also search within Google Groups for "CRM Study Group", click on the group link that is provided and ask to be invited. You will find the group access under the "More" link on the Google home page.
