2009 ARMA CANADA CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION

The Sutton Place Hotel

ARMA Canada’s 2009 Annual Conference will be held at The Sutton Place Hotel,
10235 – 101 Street, Edmonton, AB.

ARMA Canada has a reserved a block of rooms at the Sutton Place, which will be held until April 30, 2009.

Conference Room rates:
Sutton King or Double Bed - $146.00, plus taxes and fees
Deluxe King Bed - $166.00, plus taxes and fees

For attendees arriving early or remaining after the Conference, the Conference rate will be available for the period May 25-June 7, 2009.

To make a website reservation at the Conference rates, a guest should go to the Reservation section of the Sutton Place Home Page, select Promo Code from the Select Code options and add the code ‘ARMA’.

OVERFLOW HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Almost all of the rooms in the ARMA block at the Sutton Place Conference hotel have now been sold.

ARMA Canada has arranged overflow accommodation for Conference attendees at the nearby Delta Edmonton Centre Suite Hotel. This hotel is located within one block of the Conference hotel which can be accessed through an interior mall walkway connection.

The ARMA Conference rate at the Delta Edmonton Centre Suite Hotel is $165.00 per night, plus taxes, for a one bedroom suite. The hotel is located at 10222 - 102nd Street, Edmonton, AB. T5J 4C5. Reservations may be made until May 15, 2009 at this rate.

The ARMA conference rate will be available after that date only on a space available basis.

The ARMA Conference rate is not available through the hotel’s on-line reservation system.

Individuals must identify themselves as being with the ARMA Group and call prior to April 30, 2009 in order to qualify for the ARMA group rate (The ARMA Conference rate will be available after that date on a space available basis only).
