| The NAIT Records Management and Business Operations (RMB0) program commenced this September. The acronym’s pronunciation “RAMBO” was suggested in good fun by the Edmonton Chapter. The students ran with the concept and used it as a marketing effort to bring awareness to the program. On November 14, 2009 NAIT held its inaugural “RAMBO” Day where students adopted a camouflage theme and invited personnel from the CFB Edmonton to help celebrate. The event’s theme caught on with students all sporting RMBO camouflage t-shirts. The attached photo appeared in the Edmonton Sun. The Edmonton Chapter has been active in supporting the RMBO program throughout its development. The Chapter was a proud supporter of this event as well providing ARMA-themed give-aways and prizes. |
