The Member Recognition Award recognizes and celebrates ARMA Canada members who have made or continue to make significant contributions to the Canadian Region of ARMA International and/or the Records and Information Management profession.
The recipient of this award’s accomplishments may constitute one single act or a number of cumulative activities over several years that have furthered the goals of ARMA Canada . They will also have demonstrated outstanding service to a Canadian ARMA chapter, the ARMA Canada Region or made advancements in the Records and Information profession or ARMA Canada.

- The nominee must be a Canadian member of ARMA International in good standing. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
- The two (2) nominators must complete the Member Recognition Award Nomination Form and submit to the Chair of the ARMA Canada Awards and Grants Committee.
- Once the ARMA Canada Awards and Grants Committee has determined the recipients for the Award, the nominator’s will be notified.
- The decisions of the Committee are final.
Completed nominations must be received by the Chair of the Awards and Grants Committee by April 15 of each year.
